METHODES AND USES

Place several drops in an Aromatic diffuser for inhalation or it may also be diluted with a carrier oil & applied topically on skin.

NOTE: Frankincense- Boswellia Serrata is a differing species to our frankincense Boswellia carterri- organic oil. Both have the same healing properties, only the serrata is slightly sweeter in scent . less expensive and conventional, rather than organic as the Boswellia Carterri.
